Preserved Radish with Egg

Have you tried sweetened dried radish?

The very first time i had it was during CNY in Mae Sai, Thailand.
All of us fell in love with it and when we returned to Bangkok we went to the local market in Chinatown to buy the sweetened dried radish because apparently we can't find it back here in MY.
A big pack. and we finished it quite quickly. It was like only 3 cooks.

This is the Penang version from my mum's kitchen style of Fried Egg with Preserved Sweetened Radish.

Now they sell sweetened radish in Malaysia. I saw it in the Pasar Malam @ Taman OUG.

You should check this dish out.

May i shall cook this next week. Hee..hee..

Spag

Sometimes a simple meal like this makes you happy.

Believe me nowadays cameras do make something look way much presentable. Leggo's spag sauce is a bit sourish. Best is to make your own spag sauce from fresh tomatoes or tomato purees that can be find off the shelves.

Curry Chicken Danish

Prepare the filling with the ingredients below

Chicken Breast
Curry Leaves
Onion
Curry Powder
Dash of pepper and salt
Potatoes
Star Anise
*Fry and mix all the above to your taste*

Buy the puff pastries from the nearest supermarket. such as the "Kawan" brand puff pastries.

Fold the pastries after you have filled with the curry chicken and potatoes.
Don't try to be greedy and put too much and overfill the pastries.

Because you will eventually see it actually leaks from here.

I made the above last week and that was my breakfast for a few days.
and it was yummy :)
