Ajisen Ramen Opens in Gurney Plaza (previously Kyros Kebab)

Welcome to the World of Ajisen Headquartered in Japan. Available in various countries i.e Thailand, Singapore, Melbourne, Hong Kong and now here in Penang.

Superbly Small Spoon

Entree: Gyoza, Tempura and Idako

Volcano Ramen

Seafood Ramen

My taste bud tells me the food is just fair. The Seafood wasn't fresh. The soup base are the same across all Ramen. Guava Juice tastes like water with a bit of colouring to imply it is guava. Gyoza is too oily and idako is too salty to my liking.

Well it deserve a second chance which i'm not going to do it. You shall tell me your point of view. It's for me to know and for you to find out if the food is good there. But i see a friend of mine said the one in Melbourne tastes real good. I could not see how the quality will deteriorate when it reaches Penang.

By the way they overcharge us in the bill of MYR8.80 for no reason. So do check the bills before you sign them off. Too bad i only found out when i reached home.

knowing what you don't know is worth knowing

“I've never been the kind to ever let my feelings show
And I thought that being strong meant never losing your self-control
But I'm just drunk enough to let go of my pain
To hell with my pride, let it fall like rain
From my eyes
Tonight I wanna cry

Would it help if I turned a sad song on
"All By Myself" would sure hit me hard now that you're gone
Or maybe unfold some old yellow lost love letters
It's gonna hurt bad before it gets better
But I'll never get over you by hiding this way”

Making Memories of Us Keith Urban

These few days have been quite boring. Found myself ended up on my bed at 10.45PM which is considered very early. Most of my drama viewing has come to a 7788 status. I prefer watching most of the modern dramas and leave those ancient ones last to watch. Most of it are very boring ones and so what I did was basically surf the net whilst letting the drama play on the real player. In a normal sized monitor Im sure you wouldnt be able to do it but with a 24” Wide Ultrasharp Flat Panel I can multitask. I can let the media play while chatting on msn and surf the net. Feel like getting one for yourself too?

The revolving cycle does make me think about what I have been doing for the past one year. Watch eat sleep work revolving cycle and sometimes spending time talking on the phone and chatting on msn. So do I live just to get my pay check every fortnightly? (I get paid once every 2 weeks) This Im not so sure of. I found myself lost a bit far off somewhere. Will time tell? I always believe so but nothing happened in this 1yr. I have been very patient though. A great challenge Im facing aye..

Its not that I have nothing to do like I have multiple tens of issues of The Economist to finish up. So I guess I have to divert my attention to them before I subscribe Fortune for 1yr.

And usually when I have nothing to do Id blog hop. My findings as follows:

I have recently visited a new blog (at least new to me) by the 5XMOM. I like her blog cus she blogs about foood. If you are as interested as me please do visit her blogs.

During one of the games. She tried explaining the game to a boy. here it goes

Rachel: I'll blindfold you then you whack as many times as you can and then AUNTIE will blow the wisel when the time is up.

The only person in the room who has a wisel is ME!!

AUNTIE!!!?? I'm NOT!!!! NOT SO OLD LOR ME! ish.... i'm only a cheh cheh

07/07/07

Last week i went to watch the Transformers and i had a great laugh. Cus it is too "kua cheong". Go watch it and you'll see how "kua cheong" it is.But.....the movie is Great and Highly Recommended!!

Recently i'm up to watching Taiwanese Drama. Previously Hana Kimi then ISWAK then Tokyo Juliet followed by Summer x Summer and recently Why Why Love.

Just finished watching Summer x Summer 热情仲夏

Review: A love story between 夏芽 and 歐陽累 by 蔡宜臻 (Cai Yi Zhen) and 鄭元暢 (Joe Cheng). I don't really like 蔡宜臻's acting in this show. Well she's only 20 yrs old!! Time will tell hey if she improves in coming dramas. Joe Cheng's character in this show is quite similar to ISWAK. Same old boy who did not realise he actually fell in love with a girl plus not knowing how to express his love and the way he did it was by expressing his love by scolding the girl. If you like Joe Cheng do watch this 12 episodes drama.

New Drama around the corner Why Why Love 换换爱

Review: 5 Episodes released only. Love Triangle between Mike He, Rainie Yang and Kingone Wang. I think this show is great and Highly Recommended. I can't wait to watch it but 1 episode per week. That's a great challenge to my patience level.

I’m excited!! Excited because I’m going to be voting as a citizen for the FIRST TIME!!! Who should I vote?????

I’m sure recently there was a big hoo-haa about the upcoming elections. We see people buying votes (not literally). You should be smart enough to get what I mean here. The press was reporting that our govt is ready to call for one anytime. Hence, in the past few weeks we’ve already seen some parties getting prepared in printing their t-shirts and pamphlets for the so much anticipated election(I read from the star). Why ready? Apparently Anwar is coming back! Whether they call it before Anwar has gained his eligibility to be nominated in one of the chairs or before (means anwar will have to wait for another 5 yrs?) That’s a freaking 5 long donkey years isn’t it?

Can you tell me who you are voting? *wink* *wink*

Anyway….that’s a full stop on the grandmother story of the much anticipated election.
